As a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant, you will be a critical part of the team, focusing on leasing activities for a brand-new, luxury multifamily property during the lease-up phase. This role requires a motivated individual with strong sales and customer service skills, capable of driving leasing success and creating a vibrant community for new residents. You will be responsible for presenting and leasing apartment homes, providing an exceptional first impression, and helping the property achieve full occupancy within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Provide detailed information about apartment units, amenities, and community benefits
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries and schedule tours of the property
  • Guide potential tenants through the leasing process, including applications, verifications, and lease execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
  • Assist in market surveys and keep up-to-date on current leasing trends and competitors
  • Manage and update property management software with accurate information
  • Conduct inspections of units and the property to ensure they meet company standards
  • Assist in planning and executing resident events and community activities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Contribute to achieving property occupancy and financial goals

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous lease-up experience or in a similar sales or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Professional, polished appearance and a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
