E.V. Bishoff Company is hiring a Leasing Administrative Assistant who will have a unique opportunity to learn from an experienced Leasing Administrator with deep knowledge (over 30 years) of the company's processes and leasing practices. This mentorship is an ideal environment for someone looking to grow in the leasing and administrative field and eventually step into a more senior role.

The right candidate will be someone who is proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks. The candidate should be enthusiastic about a career in commercial real estate, specifically in lease administration, all while contributing to the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities by supporting a variety of administrative functions within our office.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and a highly organized individual with a knack for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an office environment and a genuine passion for commercial real estate or a strong eagerness to learn is a plus.

Duties include but not limited to:

Lease administration

Processing and posting receipts and payments

Writing leases and transmitting via DropBox Sign

Running background and credit checks for potential tenants

Tracking leasing activity

Cash management and check processing duties

Running various reports relating to both legal and leasing

Billing management, including utilities

Skills:

Excellent time management

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Highly organized

Attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Strong written and verbal skills

Intermediate level of Excel (or SmartSheet experience)

Experience with Appfolio or other property management software a plus

Salary/Hours:

$50,000

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm w/one hour lunch
