Leasing Administrator

- Rentals work with brokers to effectively rent units

o Send weekly vacancy report to upper management

- Bronx Rentals

- Manage DoorKing system, as well as Client system

- Gym agreements to tenants

- Review all leases, FM and RS, are up to date

o Review and receive all rental applications, run background checks

o Input new tenants' information into Yardi

o Lease renewals for Rent Stabilized, Market and Sectio n8.

- Research market rents to accurately price inventory

- Annual apartment/ building registrations (outsource)

- Coordinate L&T legal cases for all units

o File for problematic or delinquent tenants; keep log all tenant activity

- Call tenants for collections purposes

- Manage StreetEasy ads

- Manage lease renewals for rent stabilized and fair market tenants.

- Rolling vacancies 60-90-day forecasting

o Calendar tenants move outs

- Arrears reports review

o Twice monthly

- Handle tenant relations with Operations Manager

- Work on projects as assigned by upper management

- Yardi experience 5 years+
