Job Summary

Four building complexes located in Albany, GA looking to hire a leasing agent. The leasing agent will need to rent out the vacant units in each complex.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lease out vacant units in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with various organizations, such as section 8 and DCA. Getting vouchers from these organizations to rent out vacant units.
• Develop a strategy to expedite leasing process.
• Keep the complexes occupied.
• In person position

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with renting low-income housing
• Knowledge on section 8 and DCA
• Hardworking and organized
• Must have experience in leasing
• Must live in the nearby area
