Apply now and become a key player in the success of Layton Preserve Position Overview: The Leasing Agent is our property's sales representative, whose primary duties include leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for residential apartments. This role is service-oriented and strives to make current and future residents feel welcome and comfortable during the leasing process and throughout their stay in the community. Key Responsibilities: Actively lease apartments in accordance with the policies and procedures set by management. Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents. Assist management in measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and conducting periodic market surveys to stay competitive. Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
