Ginkgo Residential LLC is an integrated multifamily investment, management and redevelopment company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We currently manage over 7,000 apartment units in more than 50 communities with a geographic footprint that encompasses the entire southeast.SummaryThe Leasing Agent is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, and client relations functions of the property. The Leasing Agent strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing clients, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability.Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process - providing tours, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and completing move-in paperwork
• Daily follow-up to phone and email inquiries - providing leasing information, making appointments, creating and following up with maintenance requests, and handling or escalating resident complaints.
• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company policy.
• Update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis.
• Physically walk models, leasing office, and clubhouse daily to ensure each is up to standards
• Complete all marketing and advertising daily as assigned
