Join a team that's creating a better Tulsa!Leasing AssistantStarting at $16.82 Hourly + Benefits (Company Paid*)$300 sign-on bonus*SUMMARYAssist the Property Manager in providing a fiscally sound, safe, and secure and properly maintained high quality Tulsa Housing Authority property for residents, while following the Asset Management philosophy of providing front line services.Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and/or Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience or certification is preferred.
  • Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license.
