Plaza District (off Central Park South & Fifth Avenue) family office looking for a sophisticated, experienced real estate rental leasing professional for the Leasing Manager position reporting to CEO and other Senior Management. Applicant must be mature and high energy, with excellent verbal and written skills, web savvy, strong marketing and social media experience, detail oriented, superb people skills and professional. A minimum of 2 years of NYC real estate experience from a top brokerage firm preferred. Will train the right person.
Responsibilities include:
-Respond to general inquiries via phone and email from prospective tenants as well as brokers/agents
-Set up/manage showing appointments with prospective tenants as well as brokers/agents
-Show apartments/tour buildings with prospective tenants as well as brokers/agents
-Interface with property management/construction department to ensure all units on the market/being shown are up to company standards
-Coordinate with webmaster/listings manager to ensure all units are being marketed correctly/clearly and to the best of our ability
-Work with leasing assistant on new leases/lease renewals etc. to ensure all agreements/arrangements are correct and clear
-Research and incorporate new marketing ideas/concepts such as new or different websites/MLS databases or new technologies that can be used
-Track leasing activity such as active deals/vacancies/renewals/days on market/price points etc.
-Work with multiple departments on a variety of special projects
