This confidential opportunity is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing leasing operations and tenant engagement. *Why Join Us?* * Be a key player in a growing, high-impact real estate team. * Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive leasing success. * Enjoy a collaborative and forward-thinking work culture. *What You'll Do:* * Lead subleasing and advertising efforts to maximize occupancy and minimize downtime. * Identify, engage, and qualify prospective subtenants through market research and strategic outreach. * Assess financial risks, process tenant applications, and negotiate sublease agreements. * Coordinate seamlessly with Construction, Marketing, Accounting, and Operations teams. * Oversee subtenant improvements, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and project timelines. * Collaborate with contractors and municipal agencies to facilitate permits, inspections, and approvals. * Review architectural and engineering plans, providing insights for feasibility and compliance. * Maintain and track lease documentation with meticulous attention to detail. * Support lease renewals, amendments, and terminations efficiently. * Stay ahead of market trends and competitive leasing activity to inform pricing strategies. * Prepare financial reports and leasing performance summaries for strategic decision-making. * Take on additional responsibilities to drive operational excellence. *What You Bring:* * *5+ years of experience* in leasing coordination, tenant relations, or real estate operations (commercial/retail preferred). * A strong understanding of leasing administration, compliance, and financial risk assessment. * Experience with property improvements, zoning, and permitting processes. * Proficiency in *leasing CRM software, Yardi, or similar property management tools*. * Ability to *interpret architectural & engineering drawings* and offer recommendations. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage tenants effectively. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * A *Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field* (preferred). * *Must be authorized to work in the U.S.* *Next Steps:* This is a confidential search, and we are seeking *progressive, innovative professionals* ready to make a meaningful impact.
