WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* Create positive experiences with prospective residents and help them find their dream apartment!

* Partner with the company and your co-workers to ensure our residents time spent living at our community is an enjoyable experience.

* Assist in marketing efforts, and social media management.

* Ensure we make our resident's move-in day as easy as possible!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

* 2+ years of leasing experience in tax credit/section 8.

* Prior experience in Yardi is preferred.

* Positive learning attitude! We will train you in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.
