Leasing Counselor For Skilled Nursing Community - Parc Provence : Job Details

Position Summary:The Leasing Counselor at Parc Provence is responsible for assisting the Leasing Director in all aspects of the leasing and admissions processes. The Leasing Counselor represents Parc Provence to the residents, their guests, families and the community. Essential Functions:Assist the Leasing Director in all functions of the Leasing Department including, but not limited to:

• Maintain resident and department files and assist with reports
• Assist with admissions, move and discharge paperwork
• Assist with creative follow-up
• Conduct tours
• Assist with coordination of room displays
• Required to work weekends, holidays, after schedule hours if necessary for weekend coverage, projects, special functions
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree required
• Senior Living Experience: Experience in leasing or marketing in a Senior Care Community preferred
• Alzheimer's or Dementia: Experience working in Memory Care a plus
• Skills: Communicate with excellent customer service through oral and written communications
