About the position:
Were looking for a Leasing Customer Service - Supervisor to work closely with dealers and customers. You will:
* Handle complex and/or sensitive dealer, national account and/or customer calls/visits or written inquiries.
* Design and implement solutions related to the invoicing process.
* Manage databases.
* Handle complex customer billing requests.
* Initiate, develop, and implement special projects that have a long-term impact across the corporation.
* Recognize who their customer is, understand their customers needs, and focus on customer satisfaction.
* Initiate and participate in calls as required to enhance customer relationships and/or to provide clarification on invoice requirements/issues.
* Frequently work with and advise management in setting and meeting/exceeding customer service expectations.
* Work well with teams on projects and be accountable in resolving issues that may have significant financial impact in order to maintain customer satisfaction, improve rapport, and cause repeat business/sales.
* Customer and/or dealer site visits may be implemented to manage product/service application processes and sales development calls.
* Analyze, develop and promote best practices for customers to reduce their costs and increase the Companys value to their organizations.
About the schedule:
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of the orientation process.
About you:
* Bachelor's Degree is required.
* At least 8 years of experience in customer services, finance, or related field.
It would be great if you had:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence personnel at all levels of an organization.
* Ability to develop a rapport with customers/dealers to enhance customer relationships.
* the ability to work in Excel to create spreadsheets.
* Experience in the leasing or finance industry.
* Experience with third-party accounts payable portals such as Taulia, Ariba, Coupa.
About the total compensation package:
Salary - $69,100 - $88,600
