Greco is looking for a Leasing Director for our properties in the North Loop in Minneapolis!

This position is an onsite role in beautiful and established Minneapolis. These properties are Class A+ luxury apartment buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Works hand-in-hand with Property Manager(s) to ensure leasing goals of property are achieved through leasing and renewal retention.
    • Respond to leads.
    • Provide tours of apartments and community to potential residents for the purpose of leasing apartments.
    • Discuss the advantages of leasing at the property with potential residents.
    • Close the sale.
    • Screen rental applications and qualify potential residents.
    • Negotiate rates and terms for leases as needed within budgeted parameters.
  • Propose pricing adjustments as needed by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Create strong working relationships with referring partners (locators, realtors, corporate housing companies, relocation companies).
  • Review leasing files to ensure accuracy.
  • Submit commission reports monthly in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.
  • Attend weekly leasing meetings and monthly marketing meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Skills and Qualifications:

    Required:

  • 2 years of experience in a sales or sales management role.
  • 2-year college degree.
  • Strong sales background with a solid history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Competitive and self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success with negotiating sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Attentive to detail and adherence to company standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Weekend availability.

    • Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Leasing, marketing, and/or property management experience.
  • Knowledge of the Minneapolis real estate market.
