Leasing Manager - Weidner Apartment Homes : Job Details

Oversee and manage selection of marketing tour path, target viewing apartments; Ensure rent ready apartments, model homes and community amenities are impeccable Manage effectiveness of mini model items, placement, and presentation Manage the timely responses of resident and prospective resident calls and emails Answer incoming calls, convert phone calls into walk in traffic, set viewing appointments Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm the Weidner way Promote successful leasing by facilitating the application process at the end of the tour Design and implement a plan to improve conversion ratios for all leasing associates Review and process all applications immediately upon receipt Timely and respectful communication with applicants upon receiving results Follow Weidner Move-In Experience with all approved applicants Monitor and verify traffic in queue is responded to daily Meet with Community Director regularly to review leasing performance and goals, to improve leasi...Leasing, Manager, Property Management
