As a Leasing Professional III, you'll lead leasing efforts, mentor your team, and make a lasting impact in a vibrant, thriving community.What You'll Do:

• Lead the Process: Manage inquiries, property tours, and follow-ups using the Towne+ method.
• Close the Deal: Showcase community amenities, qualify prospects, and secure leases with confidence.
• Support Residents: Oversee smooth move-ins, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure outstanding resident experiences.
• Boost Curb Appeal: Maintain market-ready units and ensure model homes reflect top-tier quality.
• Think Strategically: Conduct market surveys, analyze competition, and implement creative marketing strategies.
• Elevate the Team: Mentor and support team members while leading resident activities and managing the property's social media presence.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of leasing experience with a proven track record in meeting goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Certifications: CALP or CAM designation and Fair Housing certification are preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, and social media for business.
• Leadership Skills: A natural mentor who thrives in a team environment.
• Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with auto insurance, and the ability to pass drug and background checks upon receiving an offer.
