• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
• Conduct clash detection, resolve conflicts, and enhance model efficiency using industry-standard BIM tools.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows across all projects.
• Generate detailed construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with design and engineering standards.
• Assist in training team members on BIM software and workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to integrate new technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Structural Engineer or Professional Engineer preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or field, with a willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific practices.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
