This is a Floating Leasing Specialist position that will be responsible for providing support to various communities in the Denver metro as needed. Join us today! The Leasing Specialist role will manage and lead in-person tours for prospective residents and sell the units to encourage application submittal. They will work on improving occupancy and preventing stale units through marketing and analyzing the local market. In addition, this role will help enhance the move-in experience after residents have signed their leases with the Application Admin and enhance the community's curb appeal. What You'll Do...
- Conduct tours scheduled in person tours with prospective residents who arrive at the property and perform warm hand off for scheduled tours.
- Manage the leasing process from the initial prospective resident tour contact, property touring, selling the property/apartment, and setting them up for creating a lease with the Application Admin.
- Walk through the move-in ready apartments to ensure they meet standards prior to orientation.
- Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive move-in orientations for new residents, ensuring they are equipped with essential information about the property, amenities, and community policies to enhance their overall living experience from day one.
- Ensure model apartments and target apartments are ready for show; be aware of the curb appeal of the community.
RequirementsWhat You Need to Succeed...
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively over writing, phone, and computer mediums.
- Use of technology including computer software and iPad.
- Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
