Job DescriptionThe Department of Health Sciences and Public Health is developing an applicant pool for part-time lecturers for potential employment during the fall and spring of the 2024-2025 academic year. Lecturers are needed to teach various courses in health sciences and public health. Possible course categories are as follows, but teaching opportunities are not necessarily limited to these areas: epidemiology, critical health issues, and personal health.Qualifications: Ithaca College is committed to building a diverse academic community and encourages members of underrepresented groups to apply. All bargaining unit faculty members shall be covered by the collective bargaining agreement between Ithaca College and Services Employees International Union, Local 200 United. Part-time or adjunct bargaining unit employees are all part-time faculty employed by Ithaca College at its Ithaca, New York campus, including but not limited to faculty in the titles of Lecturer or Adjunct.
