Lecturer - Tennessee Technological University : Job Details

Teach courses and provide service for the Department of Mathematics. Tennessee Tech is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer. Essential Functions Duties include teaching 13 to 15 semester credit hours of mathematics courses per semester, consisting of contact hours in the classroom or online, and additional service associated with student success. Minimum Qualifications A graduate degree from an accredited institution earned by August 2025 in mathematics, mathematics education, or statistics with at least 18 graduate credit hours in mathematics. Experience as the instructor of record for at least 6 semester credit hours in undergraduate mathematics, or equivalent teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated effectiveness in instruction of standard lower-division mathematics courses. Experience teaching a variety of undergraduate mathematics content.
