Qualifications you'll bring:
  • Five years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.Seven years of experience or more preferred.
  • Knowledge of MVP's business processes and structure preferred.Prior experience in managing/leading projects preferred.
  • Ability to communicate independently and directly with various levels of staff including members of MVP Executive Leadership.
  • A team player able to work well in an energetic, dynamic, and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience required in situations demanding strict adherence to confidentiality.
  • Highly detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to meet competing deadlines with solid judgment and confidence.
  • Self-directed to work independently with minimal supervision and have an appreciation for detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience providing support for senior executives preferred.
  • Notary preferred.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Is responsible for coordination of Administrative Law Judge hearings, scheduling, and responding to ALJ, as well as scheduling pre-meets for each hearing.
  • Handles a variety of clerical, administrative, and organizational functions including, but not limited, to filing, photocopying, proofing, and formatting documents for CLO/GC, Legal Department and Vendor Oversight and Governance.
  • Conducts inventory check of office supplies and other supplies and place orders according to need for Legal Department as well as Vendor Oversight and Governance.
  • Manages invoices and payment processes for all outside counsel and coordinates with Procurement and Accounts Payable for processing of approved invoices.
  • Receipt of quarterly PACER account statement and reconciles charges, process with Accounts Payable.
  • Collects, coordinates and tracks time off requests/maintains PTO calendar for Legal Department.
  • Assists with tracking CLE (Continuing Legal Education - requirement for each attorney) credits and filing of Biennial Registration for each attorney.
  • Assists with payment of all licenses/certifications for Legal Department (notary/SHRM/cyber etc.).
  • Assists with coordination of interview process for Legal Department and Vender Oversight and Governance.
  • Tracks auditor review of Board and Committee minutes and coordination of review by auditors.
