Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls.
2. Prepare, maintain, and update legal files
4. Prepare basic legal documents for filing and collection efforts.
5. Prepare and mail out statutory notices and other legal documents
6. Maintain company database

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

5. Strict adherence to legal confidentiality requirements.
6. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, opposing parties, and clients.
Required Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
3. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a related position
