Real Estate Legal Assistant. We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of law firm experience to support attorneys in transactional real estate matters. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, blending in-office and remote flexibility.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a law firm, with a focus on transactional real estate matters.
- Skills:
- Typing speed of 55+ wpm with exceptional accuracy.
- Strong command of spelling, grammar, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with iTimekeep for time entry and Chrome River for expense reporting is preferred.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of maturity and demonstrate a cooperative attitude with attorneys, staff, and peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Draft, format, and revise legal documents; perform accurate proofreading to ensure quality.
- Administrative Support: Handle client communication, schedule management, and general administrative tasks for attorneys.
- Timekeeping and Expense Reporting: Accurately log attorney time using iTimekeep and prepare reimbursement reports in Chrome River.
- Correspondence Handling: Manage and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence; scan and email documents promptly.
- Client Interaction: Provide a professional demeanor when answering phones and liaising with clients.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hybrid Structure:
In-Office: Minimum of 3 days per week.
Remote: 2 days per week.
