Legal Assistant

Markow Walker, P.A. Law Firm in Oxford, MS is currently seeking a full time Legal Assistant in the area of Workers' Compensation. Word experience is necessary.

Duties include the following (Please note that this list is not all inclusive):

• e-filing
• preparation of legal documents, affidavits, subpoenas
• schedule depositions, hearings, doctor appointments
• billable time entries
• maintenance of attorney calendars
• staying aware of deadlines
• and additional duties as assigned
