LHH Recruitment in partnership with a firm in Boston is seeking an Insurance Defense Legal Assistant/Secretary. This role is fully onsite and it is a full-time permanent role with a great firm!
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to lawyer
- Handle communication with clients
- Assist with scheduling and calendaring
- Prepare documents for e-filing
- Assist with sorting and organizing mail
- File Management
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements
- Any other administrative duties of the firm
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary experience
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
- Ability to work onsite full time
