HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (3 Days in Office) | Manhattan, NY
PAY: $145 - $165K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- 5+ yrs Experience of New Business Legal Contracts Review
- 1+ years of Management Experience
- Experience Utilizing Aderant or Elite 3E Billing, Coding, and Invoicing Accounting Software
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews and drafts clear and comprehensive engagement letters and ensures compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Reviews and interprets outside counsel guidelines to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Oversee collection of required engagement and waiver documentation.
- Oversee staffing to ensure that all tasks are being handled expeditiously and accurately.
- Serves as a resource and a central point of contact regarding client engagement terms
- Communicates, with internal and external clients
- Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures.
- Coordinates and oversees department projects
- Develops and communicates departmental guidelines and procedures.
- Engages in strategic planning by developing departmental goals
- Manages Firm resources responsibly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
