Legal Compliance Specialist - SaaS

We are partnered on a Legal Compliance Specialist search with a B2B SaaS company. This company has significant revenue and a global employee footprint. The role will report into the General Counsel and help build out compliance function across the business.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with the General Counsel to provide daily guidance on compliance initiatives and programs across the business
• Oversee the tracking of mandatory corporate trainings
• Oversee management of tracking key documents and reports across the business

The Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Notary Public
• 5+ years of relevant experience in an in house tech environment
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Experience working in a global legal/compliance role
