LHH's Legal Search Division is expanding and seeking Legal Executive Recruiters for our remote Georgia team. Responsibilities:

• Recruit attorneys for positions in law firms and corporate legal departments
• Conduct in-depth interviews with attorney candidates to assess marketability
• Network with attorneys and legal professionals
• Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages
• Assist all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions

Qualifications:

• Experience practicing law and a desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role
• Enthusiasm, personal motivation, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial edge
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required (retail, client services); JD is required
• No prior recruiting experience is necessary, but experience practicing law is essential

This remote position requires the successful candidate to be based in Georgia, ideally in the Atlanta area, to facilitate candidate and client meetings. Strong ties to the Georgia legal market are preferred.
