Some critical legal intake specialist job duties are: Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases. Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit. Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm. Signing up new clients, gaining a client's business Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates Enter client's information for incoming and outgoing calls.Key Traits: Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise. Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation. Strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication skills. Sales experience is a strong plus! Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent. Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow. Enjoy working in a team environment. A natural salesperson, someone who can get clients to sign with us and who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims. Enjoys phone interactions. Someone fearless in going above and beyond for the client and the Firm will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful specialists and strong paralegal and administrative professionals.
