Our law Firm is growing and we're searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Compensation:

$22 - $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly
  • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
  • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
  • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
  • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
  • Schedule initial consultations for potential new clients and follow up to ensure that the potential clients show up for their appointments prepared
  • Follow up with leads who failed to set or show up for scheduled appointments
  • Manage data entry in the firm's CRM to ensure proper lead reporting and follow-up are conducted
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure an adequate flow of qualified leads

Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to pass a Background check with a valid driver's license in good standing
