About the role:
As a Legal Operations Analyst, you will support the optimization and efficiency of our legal processes, systems, and procedures. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategies and provide data-driven insights that improve the performance of the legal team and overall legal operations.

What youll be doing:
* Support strategic and operational initiatives by assisting with project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
* Identify inefficiencies and gaps in the current legal workflows and recommend solutions to streamline processes across the department
* Manage Legal Department inboxes, ensuring requests are accurately logged and routed to the appropriate team members for resolution
* Help maintain the Legal Teams data environment by supporting data organization, reporting, and document management efforts
* Generate basic reports and assist in building dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide insights into legal operations
* Learn and apply SQL basics to retrieve data, create simple queries, and support reporting needs
* Support training efforts by assisting with the development of training materials and helping team members navigate new technologies
* Stay informed on legal operations trends and technologies, sharing relevant insights with the team to support innovation
* Work collaboratively with team members to prioritize and manage tasks, developing time management skills in a fast-paced environment
* Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, summarizing data and process updates in an understandable way
What you need:
* Bachelors degree in business, law, or related field
* 2+ years experience in legal operations, legal administration, or related roles
* Strong knowledge of legal processes, technologies, and industry best practices
* Experience with legal management software and tools (e.g., contract management systems, e-billing platforms)
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
