nTop is hiring a Legal Operations Manager. This role will be a part of our mission-critical legal and compliance team. This hire will be responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency and superb client service by managing and optimizing our legal operations, ensuring compliance, and mitigating operational risks. This role interfaces with multiple stakeholders, reconciling competing needs and managing through complexity to drive change in a responsible and efficient manner. The right candidate will have a strong background in legal operations, operational risk management, compliance, and project management.
This role reports to the General Counsel.
What You'll Do:Provide day-to-day support to the company's legal and compliance personnel. Administer nTop's contract lifecycle management, sanctions, vendor management, SOC2, and other legal and compliance tools. Implement new policies and procedures to reduce legal and compliance related costs and improve department efficiencies. Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to implement best practices and contribute to the creation and formalization of legal processes.
This role is an opportunity to grow your experience by working with a wide array of company stakeholders on various, complex and critical operational issues.
You will:This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive salary and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $110,000.
nTop offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. nTop considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including education, years of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
