Job Description :

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with an AMLaw 100 firm located in downtown Denver to find a dedicated Legal Practice Assistant. This role offers a dynamic work environment supporting the commercial litigation team and provides a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to the commercial litigation team.
  • Managing legal documents and correspondence with precision and confidentiality.
  • Assisting attorneys with case preparation, filings, and court submissions.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Preparing and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
  • Performing administrative duties including data entry, file management, and document organization.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed.
  • Notary duties, if applicable (notary preferred).
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Hours:
  • Monday through Friday.
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office per week, 2 days work from home.
Benefits:
