Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at a leading law firm, as a High-Volume Printing and Document Services Specialist. This role requires expertise in high-volume printing, document finishing/binding, and a strong aptitude for organizing e-documents and physical files. Job Title: High-Volume Printing and Document Services Specialist Location: Boston, MA 02111 Pay Rate: $23.50/hour + weekly pay! Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-volume printers and finishing/binding equipment.
- Organize legal documents with precision, including the use of separator tabs and other organizational tools.
- Provide excellent customer service to attorneys, staff, and clients.
- Utilize computers and software tools to manage and organize e-documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Stand and move for extended periods during shifts.
Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in high-volume printing or similar document service roles is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and general computer use.
- Technical aptitude for office equipment such as printers, copiers, and postage machines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and independence in managing tasks.
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and basic electronics is a plus.
