Our client a law practice in Boston is seeking a Legal recruiter to join their team! This role requires experience recruiting attorneys and on campus recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee various aspects of specific searches including work with practice groups to identify needs, liaise with headhunters on an ongoing basis re: hiring needs, review/screen candidates, schedule first and second round interviews, coordinate with recruiters, offer/no offer, onboarding process
- Handle various aspects of incoming Associate program
- Assist with clerk hiring process
- Assist with firm-wide attorney referral process
- Coordinate outreach and on-campus recruiting logistics; build and maintain relationships with school career services
- Maintain, update and analyze statistics for on-campus recruiting (OCI) season
- Complete industry surveys
- Maintain communication with candidates in pipeline
- Coordinate various firm events
Requirements:
- Previous experience recruiting attorneys
- Experience managing on campus recruiting and interviewing
