Legal Recruiter - Leeds Professional Resources : Job Details

Our client a law practice in Boston is seeking a Legal recruiter to join their team! This role requires experience recruiting attorneys and on campus recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee various aspects of specific searches including work with practice groups to identify needs, liaise with headhunters on an ongoing basis re: hiring needs, review/screen candidates, schedule first and second round interviews, coordinate with recruiters, offer/no offer, onboarding process
• Handle various aspects of incoming Associate program
• Assist with clerk hiring process
• Assist with firm-wide attorney referral process
• Coordinate outreach and on-campus recruiting logistics; build and maintain relationships with school career services
• Maintain, update and analyze statistics for on-campus recruiting (OCI) season
• Complete industry surveys
• Maintain communication with candidates in pipeline
• Coordinate various firm events

Requirements:

• Previous experience recruiting attorneys
• Experience managing on campus recruiting and interviewing
