SourcePro Search is conducting a search for Legal Recruiting Coordinator for a large global law firm to be based in the New York office. What You'll Do: Summer Associate/Entry-level Hiring
  • Assist with implementation of Summer and Fall recruitment strategies
  • Coordinate and register for OCI/Job Fairs
  • Maintain/update on-campus recruiting calendar and confirm all hospitality events at designated schools
  • Facilitate and execute law school sponsored events including diversity initiatives, 1L recruiting events, mock-interview programs, and networking events
  • Create interview packets
  • Coordinate call-backs interviews and second-look visits for New York and Washington offices
  • Prepare statistics for weekly recruiting meetings and maintain recruiting spreadsheets
  • Process reimbursement requests and invoices
•Prepare On-Campus interview Feedback Forms for each school •Input applicants into LawCruit and manage status updates Summer Associate Program
  • Coordinate summer program, including orientation, rotation schedule, tracking assignments, circulating and obtaining evaluations, scheduling presentations, seminars and events, etc.
  • Attend weekly summer events
  • Track budget
  • Submit invoices
Campus Outreach •Engage with Law school student groups to build pipelines •Networking with prospects •Scheduling panels, events, and video chats with student organizations Lateral Hiring •Create and administer job postings •Process recruiting placement fees •Draft placement fee contracts for new recruiting firms •Coordinate interviews and follow-up for each candidate •Update LawCruit and candidate files for each applicant to ensure that appropriate detailed records are maintained What You'll Bring: •Bachelor's degree •1+ year of law firm recruiting experience •Experience with LawCruit •Experience with FloRecruit •Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Ability to organize and implement detailed projects •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of personnel/lawyers •Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure
