Level 1 Technician - Excell : Job Details

Our client is currently seeking a Level 1 Technician to join their team onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This position will be through till the end of the year in duration.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and track project equipment requests

• Assist with refreshes

• Assist with project migrations

• Perform remote refresh of a machine following client procedures

• Assist with logging into the network and systems

• Coordination of equipment shipments between teams

• Packing and shipping of equipment

• Provide equipment status updates

• Escalate delays

• Assist with the client Depot logistics (boxing and shipping of equipment, Inventory)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of previous experience supporting hardware and software

• Experience with asset management to include shipping, receiving, and inventory

• Excellent customer service skills

$25.00 - $26.00 per hourFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
