Thus, creating the need of a proactive US Liaison Officer to take charge of vital business functions, drive seamless compliance, and enhance processes across multiple key areas.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Liaison Officer to join our team at nGAGE. The successful candidate will be responsible for new customer onboarding and bid work, ensuring seamless integration and communication between our contractors and clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Customer Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Bid Work: Coordinate and prepare bid proposals, working closely with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and clients, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and bid processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing Online Portals: Oversee the management of online portals for customers and PO orders, including platforms such as Ariba and SAP.
- Timesheet Management: Handle timesheet downloads, reviews, reconciliation, and address any issues related to missing timesheets.
- Ledger Engagements: Manage ledger engagements with customers and the credit team.
- Office Management: Oversee the self-service office management starting from 1st April.
- Onboarding of New Consultants: Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants, including induction, ADP introduction, insurances, and equipment provision.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure onboarding compliance, conduct background checks, and perform regular audits.
- RFI for Compliance Docs: Manage requests for information (RFI) for compliance documents from customers on a quarterly basis.
- P20 Compliance: Oversee P20 compliance, including Visa and E-verify processes.
- Client Onboarding in P20: Onboard new clients in P20, including credit checks and billing information.
- Contractor Payment Issues: Address and resolve any contractor payment issues.
- Expense Submittals: Manage the submission and processing of expenses.
- SOW Approvals: Handle the approval and uploading of Statements of Work (SOW).
- Cross Company Charges: Manage cross-company charges and related processes.
- Liaise with Legal: Work with the legal team on client contracts.
- Negotiating Client Terms: Negotiate client terms based on feedback from legal and our employer of record.
- Client Insurance Requests: Raise client insurance requests to Legal or our employer of record.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on onboarding and bid activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Experience with CRM systems and bid management tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
- Familiarity with online portals such as Ariba and SAP.
- Understanding of timesheet management and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in managing compliance and conducting audits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Work Environment: This role is based in our office in Florida. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on providing excellent service to our contractors and clients.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 DOE (Depending on Experience – Flexible)
