To perform a variety of technical and clerical duties involving circulation, reference and record keeping activities within a school library. Will act as a prime resource person regarding materials available. Employees in this classification receive limited supervision from the school administrator within a framework of standard policies and procedures. Employees in his job class train coordinate and supervise the work of students and/or volunteer aides. This job class is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a library and requires a variety of specialized technical and organizational skills as well as creativeness and initiative.
