Join us in our mission to provide exceptional psychiatric care to our patients.Document patient information and changes in patient conditionAlert the RN of changes needing reassessmentAdminister medication to patientsUtilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric and medical emergenciesOrient patients to treatment programs and monitor activity, encouraging participationUse facility-approved CPI techniquesYour Experience Matters What were looking for:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School. For the ambulatory setting, previous ambulatory nursing experience is preferred.
