In this role, you will take the lead in managing the delivery of workplace interior projects, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in both design and documentation. You will work closely with a diverse team of designers, engineers, and contractors, providing your expertise to guide projects from initial concept through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development of detailed plans and construction specifications
• Create technical drawings and design details for workplace interiors and renovations
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth coordination of construction documents
• Lead site meetings and handle requests for information (RFIs) during construction
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to maintain project consistency and quality
• Collaborate with General Contractors to implement design solutions on-site
Key Skills/Requirements:
• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience, specializing in workplace interiors
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
• Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Texas building codes and regulatory standards
• Strong communication skills with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
