Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11215

Shift: Day

Duration: 3+ Months

Pay: $52 to $55/Hour.

Education:

• Master's in social work (MSW) required.

License:

• LMSW by NYS required.

Preferred: 1-5 yrs exp in acute care setting specifically ER

Job Description:

• Knowledge of Discharge Planning regulations required.
• Experience with complex discharge planning and in Emergency Room preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Communication skills, Knowledge of Psychosocial Assessment required
