The Position

We are seeking highly qualified licensed clinical therapists to join our team in providing exceptional mental health services. As the designated psychotherapist for assigned facilities, you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose and treat a range of cognitive, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities. Your expertise, advanced clinical training, and specialized skills will contribute to the well-being of our diverse patient population.

What You Will Do

As the psychotherapist for your assigned facilities, you will provide comprehensive patient assessments as well as diagnosis and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities using your specialized and advanced clinical training and skills. You will work in person and collaborate with the social service and medical team at the facilities you are assigned.

While most of our providers work full-time Monday-Friday, schedules are flexible. We also allow for part-time work if preferred.

This position does not include any case management or discharge planning. Setting up your patients for their scheduled appointments will be done for you by our in-house therapist coordinator.

Our billing team handles all billed claims and authorizations. This allows you to focus on solely providing psychotherapy to your patients and entering your documentation directly into our own Electronic Medical Records.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of your patients needs and psychosocial status

Develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for your patients Additionally, you will provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy if applicable

Collaborate with members of the facilitys interdisciplinary team, as appropriate, to develop treatment goals for the patient

Provide appropriate documentation of all pertinent information obtained in interviews, consultation with other healthcare professionals, referrals, contacts, and supportive services provided to each patient

Complete necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations
