We do not have part time or per diem positions currently. As an LNA, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. You'll work closely with the nursing team to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. Some responsibilities include: * Providing hands-on care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. * Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes to nurses. * Assisting with daily activities and ensuring resident comfort. * Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. * Building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. * Participate in ongoing education to stay up to date on new procedures. We're looking for passionate and reliable individuals who: * Holds an active LNA license in Vermont. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an LNA or related healthcare professional. * BLS-Healthcare Provider certification required within 6 months of hire (and maintained). * Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
