We do not have part time or per diem positions currently.As an LNA, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. You'll work closely with the nursing team to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone.Some responsibilities include:* Providing hands-on care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.* Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes to nurses.* Assisting with daily activities and ensuring resident comfort.* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.* Participate in ongoing education to stay up to date on new procedures.We're looking for passionate and reliable individuals who:* Holds an active LNA license in Vermont.* Minimum 1 year of experience as an LNA or related healthcare professional.* BLS-Healthcare Provider certification required within 6 months of hire (and maintained).* Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude.* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ready to make a difference?
