LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing best practices and the written plan of care
• Follow care plans designed by the Nurse Manager
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per the plan of care
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes
• Maintain accurate documentation according to physician orders

Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered, active LPN license in this state
