We are currently seeking HealthCare Heros to join our 5 Star facilities throughout the Bronx.POSITION: LPNRESPONSIBILITIES:Make daily round to observe residents and nursing careProvide Bedside CareAdminister medications and documentObserves and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individuals(s)Performs other nursing functions related to patient care and nursing service, as delegated by the Nursing Service Administration.Licensed Practical Nurses under the supervision of a registered nurse provides medical care, including treatments, administering medication following the direct plan of care for each of our residentsQUALIFICATIONS:Must possess and maintain a current NYS state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Preferred to have experience in a Long-Term Care environment, but new grads are welcome!Must Possess BLSJOB TYPE: Full-Time & Part TimeSCHEDULE: All shiftsHP
