Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Oculus Health : Job Details

Oculus Health is currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for immediate placement in our facility at Culpeper, VA.

• Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
• Status: Full time, Part-Time (with at least every other weekend availability)
• Available Shifts: 7A-7P, 7P-7A

Requirements to Apply:

• Updated resume
• 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
• Social Security card
• LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
• Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank - for payroll
• 2 reference letters / references to call
• Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
• BLS/ CPR
• TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) - at least within the last 12 months
