Adaptability is key, as the role requires the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with various software applications.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents' rehabilitation needs.Collaborate with medical professionals to plan and execute resident care in alignment with physician orders.Implement and oversee resident care plans, regularly evaluating and updating as necessary (PRN).Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules.Monitor vital signs, including blood glucose levels, temperature, and blood pressure.Assist residents with Daily Living Activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfer, ambulation, toileting, and other personalized care needs.Supervise and ensure Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) adhere to physician orders.Qualifications:Must be currently licensed in the State of New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse.Must be CPR Certified.Please see HR for information on physical demands and work environment of this job.Sunshine Enterprise USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer-Minorities, Females, Veterans and Disabled Persons
