Job Description: Job Description A senior care facility located in Rye, NY is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPNJob Type: Permanent / Direct HireSetting: Long-term Care / Assisted Living Schedule: Full-time, night shift (11:30p-7:30a) and every other weekend is required.Pay: $34.71 - $34.71 per hour plus full benefits package!The LPN's will be responsible for but may not be limited to:-Provides direct nursing care to residents based on their individual needs.-Provides care prescribed by the resident's primary physician and consulting physician as indicated. -Maintains nutritional needs of the resident through assistance and supervision. -Implements the resident's care plan in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team. -Documents resident's care according to policy & maintains accurate and accessible records and reports.
