Job Type Full-time Description LPN, Outpatient This is a non-traditional unique Nursing position that will prepare and dispense Methadone and Suboxone to patients accurately and timely as directed by doctor's orders in accordance with all state and federal regulations including JCAHO. Ensures all daily dispensing records are printed and maintained. Will after dispensing run all daily/dispensing reports, print them, have RN review and the file them so that they are available for review by state and federal agencies including JCAHO. Gathers the information needed on the Medical Screening Assessment from clients for MD/RN review to ascertain the need for a referral for a physical. Sign on bonus for Qualifying LPN: Maximum amount is $6,ooo to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 6 Months, and 1Year). Requirements Vocational/Technical School, Current NYS LPN license with a minimum 1 year of experience. CPR certification required.
